About Ashley
Hi there! I am Ashley Drummonds and I'm so glad you're here! To give you a quick background of who I am and why I "do what I do":
I have over 15 years working with fitness professionals, athletes, active men and women and high performers to optimize their functional health for strength and performance, optimize and balance out their hormones naturally, and create custom strength training programs to build lean muscle, boost fat loss, improve hormones, overall mood and help, and to get you to your personal best inside and outside the gym. I have been an athlete my whole life in weight lifting, CrossFit, functional bodybuilding, personal training and have worked with men and women to help build strength, boost fat loss, and optimize their hormones all from an Integrative and Holistic approach. I am a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, trained in Integrative Hormonal Health, Integrative Women's Health, and have studied for the last 5 years through integrative health experts like Dr. Lara Briden, Dr. Stacy Sims, and Pacific Rim College.
As a lifelong athlete who struggled with these problems not being able to find any solutions in traditional medicine, I spent years researching, educating myself, working with Naturopaths in an effort to solve my own problems with functional nutrition and supplements. I’m passionate about helping others discover that functional nutrition and personalized supplementation can get them back to looking and feeling their personal best without the use of pharmaceuticals.

In addition to my experience, I’m a Shark Tank entrepreneur who created a high-protein, all-natural pancake mix brand to help people enjoy pancakes and waffles while hitting their nutrition goals. With that brand, I wrote two digital recipe books of high protein breakfasts and desserts. I have been a contributing health and fitness expert to Strong Fitness Magazine, Eat This Not That, Oxygen Magazine, and Local Daytime TV, ABC & local news stations. I also host the Phoenix Rising podcast, focusing on high-performance functional nutrition, mindset, and supplements. I am also a huge food and wine lover and am a WSET Level 3 Wine Expert and spent time in Tuscany with an Italian Chef learning the quality and enjoyment of Italian food made from scratch.
