The PR Fuel Elite Program is a HIGHLY Personalized Program that I have down to a science-I don’t do one-size-fits-all. Because of that, I only work with a limited amount of people every year to provide the highest level of personalization.

When you apply for my PR Fuel Elite Program, we will hop on a call and start a personalized plan built around you. Whether it’s balancing hormones, losing fat, building lean muscle, improving gut health, or dialing down stress—we will use functional labs, personalized targeted supplements (made for you based off your individual labs), and custom nutrition and fitness plans all backed by science to help you feel better, stronger, and in control for the long haul.

I know everyone is starting this Integrative health journey from different places. Whether you’re an every day fitness enthusiasts going to the gym weightlifting, doing CrossFit, or group fitness classes or someone who is brand new on their fitness journey I can help.

If you are accepted into my PR Fuel Elite program, the first step will be to hop on a 1:1 call to do a deep dive into your health history to get a full comprehensive understanding of your health, your goals, and discuss the functional labs we will use to craft your personalized plan. After your initial labs, you will schedule your second 1:1 Functional Health Call to discuss your lab results and create a personalized nutrition, supplement and health plan for you.
