Do I have to do the Personalized Nutrition + Supplements?
No, if you are just looking for the data and answers behind what's driving your symptoms with some of the most comprehensive functional tests available then you can simply just order one of the at-home tests to help you get to the root cause of your symptoms. We offer the personalized nutrition and supplements to help you understand your test results and to best support you on your path to healing and optimizing your health.
Do I have to do all of the tests?
No, you can pick and choose which tests you would like to start with. We have hand selected these functional at home tests because these are the comprehensive tests we use the most in our Integrative Health Practice to help clients get to the root cause of their symptoms. If you are not sure where to start, we recommend starting with the Full Comprehensive Integrative Health Panel that consists of our 3 most advanced tests. This is the starting point we recommend with most clients who first get established with us in our Integrative health practice. However, you can start with just one tests and go at your own pace.
How long does it take to get my first month of my PR Fuel Personalized Supplements?
Typically, it takes about 7-10 business days for you to receive all of your lab kits in the mail, do the tests, ship them back and allow our labs to process your samples. Once we have reviewed your lab results with you during your 1:1 call with a Functional & Integrative Health Coach, your personalized nutrient formula is then sent to our team to begin creating your custom daily nutrient needs. This usually takes 10-14 business days since each order is made hands on not sitting on a shelf or warehouse.
Why are my PR Fuel Personalized Supplements shipped as an upfront 3 month supply?
We ship your PR Fuel formula in 3 month supply for a few reasons: 1-With over 15 years experience and working with hundreds of men and women, 90 days is about how long it takes for your body to adjust, get replenished, and to start noticing a difference with supplements. When we make your custom daily nutrients, we make them in a therapeutic effective dose to replenish deficiencies which is much higher than what you would buy in a one-size-fits all supplement. Because of this, we recommend re-testing every 6 months to ensure that your body is making progress and getting optimized as well as to make adjustments to your formula based on your labs. This is a very science based approach to your vitamins, minerals and nutrients all backed by your lab results...not guess work. The other reason we ship in bulk upfront to cut down on environmental waste and to cut down on shipping costs to you to make your personalized nutrients more affordable so you are not paying monthly shipping.
