I wasn’t always the strong, confident, and energized woman you see today.
At 20, I had my first panic attack—in the middle of church. My heart raced, my body shook, and I thought I was dying. That moment began years of living in fear of my own body—avoiding situations, hiding my struggles, and feeling like my world was shrinking.
Back then, no one talked about anxiety, burnout, or sleep issues.
So I did what most high performers do: I pushed harder. I overloaded my schedule, set bigger goals, and ignored my body—until it completely broke down.
Hitting rock bottom was my turning point.
I became obsessed with learning how the mind and body work together. I read everything I could on stress, the subconscious mind, and rewiring thoughts for better health.
But when it came to my body, I did what most people do—I tried all the wrong things first.
I was frustrated, exhausted, and ready to give up.
Then I discovered something that changed everything: strength training and targeted nutrition and supplementation.
I found someone on Youtube that had beginner strength training videos and I started small—me in a quiet gym with basic weights, following random workouts with no real plan.
But each session left me stronger, calmer, and more confident. For the first time, exercise didn’t feel like punishment—it felt like freedom. My body started changing, but even more importantly, so did my mind. My anxiety lifted. My energy returned. My confidence grew.
